As in past years race starts at 11.00am and we do start on time!!! Registration will open at 09.30am for runners to collect their numbers and receipts and to register their team name and runners.
We again have a team category for the fastest men's andladies teams. Please nominate your team name and runners at registration and the fastest three times will be taken. There will be prizes for the fastest men’s and the fastest
ladies team. There is no extra cost for this team entry

Full catering is available on site from 09.30am.
Coffee/Tea and bacon rolls will be available!!
Please note that the race is limited to 250 runners and we will allocate numbers on a first come basis
The Course
The runners have been very complimentary of the course in the past and runners have enjoyed the very scenic run. It can be a very demanding race if run seriously, but truly fun to run if your interest is having a good cross country run
The Hope Rising Cross country run will once again be held at the scenic Avon Tyrrell Youth Centre on the 17th February 2018.
This is a beautiful venue and the course is demanding and a challenge, but fun to run. It is a 5km course through typical New Forest terrain, and the event consists of a 5km run(once around) and a 10km run( twice around). There are medals and prizes for most categories and all finishers will receive a medal as a memento.
